Returns and Replacements
I want you to be happy with the plants you have ordered. If for some reason you aren't satisfied with your shipment please notify me within 24 hours of receiving your package. Email a photo and explanation to firstname.lastname@example.org and I will get back to you as soon as possible. In the unlikely event your plant should arrive dead it will be replaced.
Canceling an Order
If you need to cancel an order please let me know within 24 hours of your purchase. A refund will be issued.
If you have placed an order and I am unable to fulfill your order I will contact you to offer an acceptable substitute plant or refund you the cost of the unavailable plant.
